There will be days when horror strikes
And you simply do not understand.

You must not blame your Heavenly Father
For it’s according to His sovereign plan.

It is natural to weep, doubt, and struggle
As we wrestle with the ungraspable why.

But doubting tosses us like a wave of the sea
And pulls us into the evil one’s lie.

The pain and testing produces perseverance
Which makes you more complete.

But regardless of what we experience
It is never nails in our hands and feet.

Choosing Christ does not eliminate problems
Often times even more will arise.

But the joy comes from the hope in the Resurrection
As we keep our eyes fixed on the prize.

Our earthly future is still unknown
And giant battles will continue to come.

But awake and enjoy your life to the fullest
Because the war has already been won.
